Delete your account

You can delete your Broken Hearts Map account anytime. No web login is required—use the app or email us from the address linked to your account.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open Broken Hearts Map on your phone and follow this path:

Profile / menu (drawer) → Delete account

Send a message from the email address of your account asking us to delete it. Include your username if you remember it.

Permanent: Account deletion cannot be undone. Your profile and associated account data will be removed.

Timeline: In-app deletion is usually immediate. Email requests are processed within up to 7 days.
