Community Guidelines

Broken Hearts Map · Summary

18+ — Adults 18 or older only (or the higher minimum age required by the store, e.g. 19+ in Korea).
Respect — No harassment, hate, or threats. No doxxing (do not post other people’s personal data).
Content — Explicit sexual content and any content involving minors is prohibited. Do not encourage suicide or self-harm.
Chat — Only if the other person accepts a Look at me.
Report and block — Use these tools for inappropriate content or behaviour.
Nature of the Service — The map and feed are public. This is not a dating app or a health/crisis service.
Violations — May lead to feature limits, suspension, or account termination (Terms §5, §10, and §20).

Broken Hearts Map strictly prohibits child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This includes any content or conduct that sexualizes, exposes, or endangers a person under 18.

If we become aware of such content: we remove it, suspend or terminate the account, and report it to the competent authorities (including, where applicable, NCMEC’s CyberTipline and/or the prosecutor’s office or equivalent body in Argentina).

To report: use Report / Block in the App, or email us at info@brokenheartsmap.com. Accounts belonging to minors are deleted.

These Guidelines are incorporated into the Terms of Service. In case of conflict, the Terms prevail.
