How to delete your account

In the App: Profile / drawer → Delete account. You can also request deletion by email at the address above. More detail on Delete account.

How to cancel a subscription

Cancel in App Store or Google Play settings. Deleting your account or uninstalling the App does not cancel the subscription by itself; if you don’t cancel in the store, you may still be charged.

Emergencies

Broken Hearts Map is not a crisis line or a mental health service. If you are in danger or in an emergency, contact local emergency services or a helpline in your country.
